Summit Select Refund & Return Policy
1. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to start a return. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
2. We want you to love your purchase. If you’ve changed your mind, we offer easy returns via a prepaid label. Please note: A flat $10 return shipping & restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund to help us keep our footprint small and our prices fair.
3. If an item arrives faulty or damaged, we’ll make it right immediately. Email a clear photo of the issue to summitselectgoods@gmail.com. We will provide a 100% free replacement or a full refund, including all fees.
4. How to Start a Return?
Simply email us at summitselectgoods@gmail.com with your order number. We will send your prepaid shipping label within 24 hours.
- Shipping: Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Processing: Please allow 5–10 business days for our team to process your refund once the item arrives back at our warehouse.
- Artisan Disclaimer: For our handmade leather and wood items, natural variations in texture or color are characteristics of quality and are not considered defects.
