Shipping policy

1. All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

 

2. To offer you the best boutique prices, we ship directly from our global partners to your doorstep.

  • Total Delivery Time: Most customers receive their orders within 5–10 business days. 

3. Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders. No minimum purchase required. We believe in transparent pricing—the price you see on the product page is the price you pay at checkout.

 

4. Once your tracking number is active, you can monitor your package via our Order Tracking Page. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the status after you receive your confirmation email.

 

5. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, or if an item arrives damaged, please contact summitselectgoods@gmail.com within 48 hours.

 

  • For Damaged Goods: Please include a clear photo of the item and the packaging so we can prioritize your replacement or refund.
